Technical Support Level 2 – SugarCRM experience

We are currently looking for a qualified Level 2 Technical Support with SugarCRM experience to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This position is based out of Mandaue, but we are open to the possibility of it being done remotely. 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

  • Create, improve and maintain application framework and shared components.
  • Answer tickets in relation to SugarCRM installation and maintenance.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within SugarCRM.
  • Integrate SugarCRM with other Applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College degree in Computer Science or related.
  • Priority given to candidates with previous  SugarCRM and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Should have the sound knowledge of modules and customization and Implementation of CRM / SugarCRM.
  • Integration of 3rd party softwares.
  • Must be proficient in PHP and MySQL.
  • Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies and Best Practices.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, flexibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines are a must.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions and exercise good judgement.
